Application for utilities must be returned to the City Clerk office with any needed fees.
Also required, current federal or state ID, Social Security number, proof of residency (purchase documents or signed rental contract)
Bill's will be mailed on the 1st of every month or the first business day following a weekend or holiday.
Bill Payments
Bill's are due upon reciept and must be paid by the 25th or next business day following a weekend or holiday
A $30.00 late fee will be assessed on the 26th or on the first business day following a weekend or holiday.
Late and shut-off notice will be delivered the same day this will be the only notice you will recieve.
All delinquet balance must be paid by the 10th of the next month by close of business. Shut-offs will occur on the 11th or the next business day following a weekend or holiday.
After a shut-off:
Reconnection will not take place until the bill is paid in full, or a payment plan is set up with a reconnection fee of $1000.00 during business hours, $150.00 after hours.
